The Goldie piece is based on a Les Paul style guitar and it was embroidered in multiple layers of metallic gold thread to showcase the ombre color of a vintage gold top. The background uses up-cycled Album covers that were collaged and embroidered into a vibrant background. Rock & Roll album covers were specifically chosen for this piece. To further embellish the background, embroidered patches were added.

The guitar is embroidered with over 500,000 stitches and mounted in relief over the background. This is truly a unique piece.
