My artistic journey revolves around the unique interplay of fabric and thread, exploring both traditional and innovative techniques. Influenced heavily by the world of fashion, my work reflects the vibrant styles that define wearable art. Yet, it is music—especially the unforgettable era of 1970s record albums—that deeply inspires my creations. Back then, music was a tactile experience; the thrill of new releases, exploring liner notes, and appreciating album artwork was unparalleled.
Recently, I channeled this nostalgia into a series of embroidered albums for Basel Week in Miami. This project was met with enthusiastic acclaim and continues to thrive. The embroidery process is a wonder in itself, as each piece is intricately stitched directly into the album sleeve and further adorned with various techniques. When displayed together, these albums create a breathtaking fusion of art and music, inviting viewers into a world where sound and visual beauty harmoniously collide.

The Guitar Series
Each guitar tells a story through its intricately embroidered design, embodying the timeless charm of vintage instruments with exquisite threadwork. I have created over 15 different guitars in a variety of styles and finishes, I have been playing guitar for about 45 years so these designs truly have a special place in my heart. Once embroidered each guitar is mounted in relief over either an album or quilted background. The sizes range from 5"x12" to 26"x40". Do you have a special request or custom guitar in mind? Each guitar has over 200,000 embroidery stitches in it. They can be custom created in any color

The 12"x26" guitars blend seamlessly with the Album Series, When hung they are the size of 2 albums.
