I have been using imagery, iconography and symbolism in my work since the beginning of my art career. Tarot cards are the newest symbols to be incorporated into my pieces. I have been fascinated with them for a long time and I felt the time was right to add them to the series, I am starting with the major cards for their iconic imagery. The Second Life Bag pieces are created by deconstruction authentic luxury bags, embroidering on them and then adding appliqués and butterflies to them to make them more dimensional. This piece features 3 tarot cards. You can choose your favorite 3 to tell your story.

The art comes framed in acrylic and is signed and numbered by the artist.
