Luxury shopping bags are intricately embroidered and trimmed into a beautiful pattern to form the background of the Gypsy Cavalier. The focal point of this work is a stunning horse head consisting of many separate elements ranging from flowers to stars and butterflies all made with various materials. The elements are collaged together to form a multi-layered montage of textured and colors. Embroidery stitched directly through collaged luxury brand paper packaging.  Luxury brand silk scarf appliqued and laser cut, mounted over acrylic to create heart silhouette.  Individually embroidered hand placed elements mounted in relief.
